You can book our seasonal and gourmet breakfast for a surcharge of 22,50 € per person. You can also opt for a small business breakfast for 13,50€ per person.

Our public restaurant is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm. Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 8.00 to 23.00.

We are also very happy to welcome small guests. Children from 0 to 4 years stay overnight free of charge.
Depending on the room category, season and occupancy, children pay between 20 € and 40 € in their parents’ room
Dogs
Dogs
We charge 20 € per day for your dog in the double rooms and 30 € per day in the family rooms and suites and provide a dog bed and bowl.
Good to know for people suffering from an allergy: certain rooms cannot be booked with a dog.

Our reception is staffed every day from 6.30 am to 8 pm.
Outside our reception hours, our service staff will be happy to help you anytime. For the night, there will be an emergency number.

Your room will be ready at 3 pm on your day of arrival. On your departure day, we ask you to leave your room by 11 am.
We will be happy to store your luggage after 11 am so that you can enjoy the rest of the day with us.

In front of our building, there are two short-time parking spots for loading and unloading, as well as public parking spaces for longer periods.
You can find inexpensive long-time parking spots in the ACC underground car park which is just a 5 minute walk along the river. We will supply you with a discounted parking ticket. We charge 5 € per day for the parking spot in the underground car park.
Shuttle service

We are happy to pick you up from the train station in Amberg free of charge.
If you wish to be picked up from the airport in Nuremberg or Munich, we will organise a shuttle service for the current price.
Non-smoker

We are a non-smoker hotel. Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
During breakfast hours, we politely ask you to refrain from smoking at the tables. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Cancellation of individual rooms is free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
Two days before arrival we charge 50%, one day before 80% and on the day of arrival 100% of the total stay.Group cancellation (applies from four rooms): Here the cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
Then we charge 50%, from three days before arrival 80% and on the day of arrival 100% of the stay.Payment on site
