Vision

The Bootshaus was born from a vision to create a place of longing for people from Amberg and guests from all around the world. A place to come together, a place for celebrations, for love, for joy. A temporary home. A place to return.

Mission

Our mission is to offer our guests an unforgettable stay, an experience of the special kind, a wonderful holiday in the region. We aspire to do so through our unmet service, quality and sustainability of all our offers combined with lovingly renovated buildings full of details and history.

A home for everybody

For one another. From the beginning, it was clear to us that we will create our house as barrier-free as possible despite the old building and monument protection. For example, our café and event location are wheelchair-accessible. Moreover, we have two wheelchair-accessible and barrier-free rooms. With regards to our team, we also value diversity and are convinced that we can learn from one another. This is why at our hotel and café, we employ people with disabilities who make our crew much more valuable.
